PRIVATE TRIP: C12 Virginia
APRIL 22-26, 2026 | Harman's Resort Cabins | West Virginia | $3,250
Have you considered the impact of your leadership—the ripples it creates in the lives of others? Is your influence helping people thrive because they are connected to you?
At Altar, we believe healthy leadership begins with a healthy soul. When you invest in your inner life, it transforms everything—your relationships, your work, and your leadership. Our retreats are designed to help you “read the waters” of your life, soul, and calling with clarity and courage.
Through intentional teaching, guided reflections, meaningful time with God, fellowship, and the art of fly fishing alongside experienced guides, you’ll step into an environment that invites you to pause, realign, and grow.
Our retreats creates space for renewal—preparing you to live, lead, and serve from a healthier place.
NORTH FORK RIVER & HOPEVILLE CANYON STREAM
North Fork River in West Virginia is a hidden gem for outdoor enthusiasts looking for adventure, relaxation and a bit of solitude. The North Fork River is a tributary of the South Branch of the Potomac River, and is located in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia. The river is surrounded by lush forests, rolling hills, and picturesque mountains, which make it a perfect destination for nature lovers.
In addition, Harman’s offers 2 miles of private access to Hopeville Canyon Stream. This trophy trout stream provides anglers the opportunity to fish for beautiful rainbows, brook and brown trout.

"This retreat was nothing short of awesome for me. Connecting with other leaders that face the same challenges as I do was very valuable. We learned to focus on developing one’s soul. And the coaching we received was tremendously valuable. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to hit the reset button and improve their relationship with God, while becoming a better leader."
Aaron | Soul of a Leader
"There is something special about the mountains. It's where a man can come and cry without mockery, ridicule, judgement or shame. Nature doesn't care. It's just him and God...and God cares. "
Scott | Soul of a Pastor
